Help Us Make This Holiday Season Special for People in Need!

Christmas is knocking on our doors, and happiness is spreading all around us. But, what about those who can’t even afford a meal to celebrate this festive season? Blessed Are Those Who Give, a non-profit organization in Central Texas, has made it their mission to provide hope to those who need it the most. However, due to a lack of funds, the organization is in need of assistance to continue the good work and bring happiness to families in need. That’s why, with open hearts and hands, we invite you to join us for our End of Year Fundraiser.

Blessed Are Those Who Give is more than just an organization; it’s a family that works tirelessly to help those in need. The last month alone has been a challenge, with resources running low and grants and donations drying up. Our organization’s Executive Director is already contributing immensely to the organization, donating over $2,500 a month, but we need additional support to continue our work.

In addition to currently supporting a single mom who’s low on food, in the last month alone, our organization has been able to prevent evictions for families with children, provide food and nourishment to those who had no idea where their next meal was coming from, and restore utilities to residents who went to bed the night before without electricity or running water.

That’s why we are asking for help. To cover our expenses throughout the rest of 2023, we are currently seeking to raise $8,000 in funding. With these crucial funds, we’ll provide a joyful Christmas for families tight on funds, and take care of housing, utilities, and groceries for those who can’t even think about the holidays because their survival is on the line.

“We are so grateful for the support we have received so far, but we need more help to make sure that members of our community have a safe and happy holiday season,” said Executive Director, Dove Bennett. We are asking for donations of any size to help us reach our goal. Every dollar counts and will go a long way in helping us make this holiday season special for those in need.

“We put together a video sharing details about our organization. Please excuse the poor visual and audio quality, as we passed on purchasing expensive equipment in order to direct more funds into providing for our members and the community”, our Executive Director joked while meaning every single word of it. “My team and I are doing all that we can, but we certainly can’t do it alone”. Together, we can make this holiday season special for those in need.

Our mission is to breathe life into our community and ensure that no one goes without food, shelter, or love and comfort. We can’t do it alone.
