Grow, Connect, Evolve

As we prepare ourselves for the new year, we seek to transition our thinking from pivot to launch. We are taking it a step further than the vision board, and we are developing a vision network. By joining forces with inspiring and innovative women from all walks of life, we equip ourselves to pioneer the unknown. The Click-In Women’s empowerment summit is your place to connect and grow. Join us as we speak with proven leaders in industries surrounding fitness, personal development, business and funding, and financial stability. All of these factors are essential if we are going to level up, no matter what stage. There is a cliché that says, “Information is Power” and we vow to share our sources. This full-day event will feature prominent women speakers and virtual networking opportunities. The focus of this summit is to empower women to live healthier, wealthier, and wiser lives by providing a platform where women can network, interact, learn and support small businesses. Our line-up of speakers include best-selling authors, multi-millionaires, financial experts, and so many other great women eager to share their experiences, advice, and wisdom. We’ll be closing out with a performance from the Grammy award-winning R&B group, 112. As we prepare for this epic event, I got the chance to pick the brain of one of our featured speakers, Pastor and Speaker, Kai A. Pineda.

Dove: How have you measured your growth over the years? Kai: I measure growth by the steps I take to continually make time for self-inventory, face the hard truths about myself, and then making a determination to remove what isn’t serving me well. I look at the impact that I’m making in my family, others, and the world around me. As a leader I ask myself would you follow me?

Kai A. Pineda will be celebrating 20 years in ministry in October of 2020. She is a pastor, teacher, speaker, and worship leader. Her desire is to see God‘s heart revealed to humanity in a way that people step into the freedom of God, and not the traditions of the religion. As a communicator of God’s Word, she longs for an encounter to happen within the Body of Christ where we exchange our agendas for His, pursue His love, and Prepare The Way for His return. She has committed to live a life that is biblically based and radically faith-filled. Daily her prayer is help in leading this and the next generation into a beautiful relationship with God the Father, Jesus His Son, and the Holy Spirit.

In 2014, Kai released her first worship album entitled “Speechless,” and followed it up in 2016, with her sophomore album “Unshakeable.” Her debut book, Dear Church — Vol l, released on October 4th, 2019, is a letter to the Body of Christ about unity and our need for one another. The book was well received and the reviews have been phenomenal. Volume 2 will be released this year in 2020.

In April of 2020 Kai A. Pineda also launched an international coaching group “Chosen & Brave” and will be launching a ministry and consulting business “Vision Management,” in January 2021. In September of 2020, Kai became a monthly co-host on the podcast “Truth Salt & Spice,” and will co-host with Nicki Koziarz on her popular podcast “Lessons From The Farm.” Kai has been married to her husband Pastor Alexander Pineda for 12 years, and together plant home fellowships within the U.S. and abroad. They founded Kingdom House of Worship in 2013 and currently reside in Los Angeles, CA, St. Louis, MO, and Shelbyville, TN.

When asked what women’s empowerment meant to her, Kai stated “I agree with Webster’s Dictionary which defines empowerment as: the process of becoming stronger and more confident. As I coach women I believe for a woman to be empowered she must find her value, voice, and vision in and for her life.”
